Professional Experience
Vincent Davitt focuses his practice on litigation, with an emphasis on insurance, reinsurance, commercial and real property disputes. He has represented insurers and reinsurers for over twenty-five years in a wide range of disputes in state and federal court, and in arbitrations. His representation of insurers encompasses disputes involving title, general liability, professional liability, personal lines, property and other types of coverage. He has represented insurers and reinsurers in a wide variety of matters involving facultative and treaty reinsurance. He has also represented clients in a broad range of commercial and real property disputes. He has extensive trial and appellate experience. Mr. Davitt has repeatedly been listed as one of Southern California’s Super Lawyers.
