    Vincent Davitt secured $49.7 million recovery on a cross-complaint for his liability insurer client against a county agency arising from the Los Angeles Red Line subway construction project. The county agency had initiated the suit against the client for breach of contract, insurance bad faith, fraud, and unfair business practices, seeking over $100 million in contract damages, along with bad faith and punitive damages.
